Our Staff

The Sincere Seven is staffed by a dedicated group of volunteers led by the longest-serving volunteer--our Executive Director, Perry Redd.

As one of the founding members of S7, Perry cares for the administrative health of the organization. Perry Redd is a reknown social change activist with his roots of activism spawned in Knoxville, Tennessee, but born and raised in Washington, DC, his passion for aiding, advocating and educating peoples of poor and oppressed communities thrust him into the public eye during the early 2000's.

The Sincere Seven Board of Directors

Chaplain Tim Buffaloe-Chap T serves as the S7 Board Chairman; he is a veteran Field Chaplain for the The DayStar Advanced Response Ministerial Operations (DARMO) Task Force which represents the finest collaboration of ministry and public safety initiatives. Chaplain Buffaloe brings a wealth of community-bridging skills to S7's program initiatives.

Briyon Ford- Briyon is a single father of pre-teenage twins with a fresh zest for understanding the purposes and effects of social change within gentrifying communities; Briyon served as Board Chair for the 2016-18 term and has served as a Board member ever since...

David Schwartzman, Professor Emeritus-a DC-based Board Member since 2015 succeeding former Board member Pete Perry, David taught 39 years as an environmental scientist at Howard University and is now Professor Emeritus. A longtime activist and advocate for human rights and wealth equality; he brings his breath of educational knowledge and tactics, as well as active advocacy on policies relevant to S7's mission. David first joined S7's Board in 2015.

Barbara Patterson-though a current interim Board Member, Barbara has been a supporter of S7 since the early 2000's. Barbara brings fiscal forensic experience and technical editing skills to the S7 board. Her passion for school reform and community support for traditional public schools places Barbara in the far left class of activists. A longtime social change activist, Barbara has worked with in community radio adminsitration and governance in the recent past. Contact: thebpatterson@rcn.com

Olson Parker-Olson is a dedicated father of six and native Washingtonian is a strong advocate for self-sufficiency through communitive entrepreneurial development.
